Daisy and Dandelion challenge

It's me again. This is the last one for the day. My little chick-a-dees are on their way home from school.
This is so exciting this is my very first time entering one of the Daisy and Dandelion Challenges and I'm the first entry, YEAH ME!
Anyways enough of me patting my own back. My card is very simple I know but in my defence it is my third card today and that is the most I have done in a long time so my mojo is starting to fade a little.
I have used one of their super cute stickers and popped it onto some blue paper which is from my stash, the ribbon has been recycled from a gift box that had some chocolates in it (they were really yummy too)
There's the knock at the door my munchkins are home YAHOO!. Hope you have all had a fabulous day, I have, and I hope to pop on by tomorrow.

Sketch and Stash challenge #11

Told ya I would be back!
This entry is for the wonderful sketch over at Sketch and Stash. The rules are simple just follow the sketch.
I have used my Giggling Tilda stamp, coloured with my water coloured pencils, and I cut out her legs so they would hang over the blue card stock. The glitter flower paper is from the Glitter stack and the rest is from my stash.
The ribbon is by Wrights the blue flower is from Kaiser craft, and the blue rhinestone is from my stash. The sentiment is a rub on, "Find time to laugh out loud", they are new but I threw away the wrapper before I took note of who made them, Sorry.
Short and sweet posting I know, but I'm aiming to finish one more card today and pop that onto my blog too.
So bye for now

Papertake weekly challenge "Scrap This"

Hello,
Oh it has been so long since I last posted I got blogger withdrawals.
Craige's pesky spotties have finally gone and he is back to school, YIPPEE.
Poor little bugger, nothing worst than seeing someone you love just not feeling well and you aren't able to do anything to make them better. Never mind he is all better now and I'm able to catch up on the housework and of course plant my bottom on my craft chair.
So here is my entry into the Papertake craft challenge.
The theme this time is "Scrap This" you had to use all scrap which suited me fine as I have a huge folder of scrap papers just waiting to be used.
As you have probably guessed all the paper/card stock is from my stash including the letters. The image is by High Hopes and coloured with my favorite water coloured pencils. I have added a bit of ink to the edges and some chalk to the background to make it stand out a little more.
Well I'm heading back to my table and I hope to be back later with another entry.
Enjoy your day what ever it is that you are doing

Morning Girls, I'm so sorry I haven't been blogging in the last week, I have been very busy colouring in, playing wii, doing jigsaws and reading stories. You see my Charlie Chops, Craige, has had Chicken Pox since Thursday last week. Sooooooo, to keep his mind of those pesky little spots we have been playing so no time for me to blog BUT I do have my positive thoughts in overdrive that he will be back to school tomorrow and I will be able to do some cards cards and more cards. Hope all is well with everyone Maree xxxxx

One stop craft challenge *Pink and Brown"

Hello Everyone hope you are all well,
Just thought I would quickly pop my Mothers Day present onto my Blog, and enter the One Stop Craft Challenge, before I go to pick up my Mum from the airport. The theme this weeks challenge is to use the colours Pink and Brown
I would love to take full credit for this little creation but it was a Kaszazz craft night that I unfortunately missed, but was able to buy the kit and make it up at home.
All papers and ribbon are part of the kit and are done by Kaszazz the embellishments are from my stash and of course all photo's are of my munchkins, with a small exception of the first photo which is of my close friend Paula, my Mum and myself while in Melbourne last year on a shopping spree. All pages are decorated differently but I didn't want to bore you all with anymore Happy snaps.
The kit is called "Brag Tag Book -PIP Mum" but I have altered mine a little and made a Grand-Ma Brag book.
Hope she likes it.
Enjoy your evening everyone. I'm off to pick up my Mum.

Pollycraft Monday Challenge *flowers*

Good morning people,
Hope all is well in your little spot of our world.
With hockey and footy over for the weekend I have finally found some time to do a card for a challenge, YIPPEE.
So this one is for the Pollycraft challenge, pop over and check out their blog they have some fabulous stamps and new downloads on offer.
I have used one of their stamps from the Sherbet range, just too cute, coloured with my water coloured pencils and added a little glossy paint to the flower to give it a wet look. I then pop her onto some textured card from my stash.
The flowers and jewelled brad are by Kaiser craft. I have punch the edges of the card with my EK Success punch. The rhinestones are by Craft Ornaments.
Well I off to make my mothers day present, she has been holidaying in Sydney so I have had a few weeks to get it done and as always I have left it to the last minute, because she is home tomorrow, OOPS!
Bye for now

Hi people,
Hope all is well. Just a quick posting tonight as I have to take my boys to footy training.
This is my entry for the Stamp Something Challenge, where the theme is Pink Birthday.
I have used my Tilda Stamp, cause she is gorgeous and my favorite, I have coloured her with my water coloured pencils and given her a little highlight with glitter in her wings. I have also scalloped the edges with my EK Success punch and added a bit of pink around the edges.
All the card stock is from Stamp It the ribbon is by Wrights and the Rhinestones are by Craft Ornaments.
I know I have used a little purple in my card and I know that the theme is pink but, I just couldn't use all pink the card looked very boring and not enough colour so I added a little purple to make it more interesting.
Must be off the twins are driving me mad asking when we are going, so enjoy your day and I shall be back.

Charisma Cardz Callenge # 17

Hello people,
Well can you believe it I have found some time to do another card, that's three in one week YAHOO! This time it is for the Thank you challenge over at Charisma cards. You have to check their blog out there are so many amazing things on there.
For this card I have used my new Tilda stamp, (thanks Heidi) and coloured her my ever faithful water coloured pencils. Gave her some sparkle to her wings with some crystal Kindy Glitz. The pink pearls on the side are from Crystal Stickers and the Thank you sticker and card stock are from my stash. I used my new EK Success punch to add a bit of shape to the card on both the side and image. I also added a bit of a shimmer to the rose using my Kaiser craft pearl chalks.
Well that's it, my fun is over, bbbbbooo, and it's back to do the house work. First I have to hang out some washing seeing it is a bonza day out there I better make the most of it and then it's off to pick the kids up.

A Spoon full of sugar

Hi Girls,
Hope all is well and you are all enjoying your weekend.
We have been very busy this week doing sports we spent 7 hours at hockey yesterday. The club that my daughter plays for were doing their grading and Possum spent most of that 7 hours playing. After a bash with the ball in the ankle and a few more injury's to other team members, her team did alright, they won 3 out of 5 games. YYYYAAAAHHH!
Then I went to the AFL and watched my team lose, unbelievable, but that's enough about that :(.
This morning we had another early start, the twins were off to play Auskick they did well. No injuries thank goodness.
Now, it is 1.15 in the afternoon so it's time for me to do a card or two.
This one is for a great challenge over at A Spoon Full Of Sugar.
The theme is Green and blue.
The stamp is from High Hopes, love this little guy, and coloured with my water coloured pencils.
All card is from my stash and the Happy Birthday sentiment was sent over to me by my lovely cuz Heidi and made by Woodland.
If you have five secs click on her name and check out her blog, she is very talented and has a lovely blog, you won't be disapppointed.
I hope you like my card and you enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Take care
Maree
