Cute Card Thursday challenge

Hi girls hope your well and the start of the week has been good.
The weather has gone from hot to very mild here we have even had rain today. Possum is a little upset because this afternoon is her first evening of hockey training and she was looking forward to it now she's cranky because she will get wet. I keep telling her this is what happens when you play winter sports.
So here is my entry for the fantastic sketch over at Cute Card Thursday. I have used a Tilda stamp, she is such a cutie, coloured by my ever trusty Sugar Loaf markers. The brads, the Happy Birthday sticker and all the card stock is from my stash, the flowers are all Kaiser craft and the ribbon is from a Haberdashery shop called Spotlight.
Make sure you pop over to Cute card Thursday they have a great display of cards done by some very talented people.
Take care
Maree

Charizma Cards Callenge # 10

Howdy Ladies,
I hope you are all fine and enjoying your week end so far.
Ours has been a quiet one with plenty of wii playing because the hot weather has hit again and it is just to hot to do much else.
Anyways, this is my entry for the Charisma Cardz challenge. I will not lie this is a hard one this week. One for the guys, I know I cringed too.
I have used my High Hopes stamp that I got from Nutcrafters (thanks ladies, they are kind enough to send to Aus) coloured him with my ever trusty sugar loaf markers cropped him onto some paper called Industrial Strength from stamp-it. The brown and black are from my stash. The "Ahoy There Matey" and the awful looking squiggle, it is supposed to be a pirate map was doodled by me.
I'm not entirely happy with the way it turned out but all in all not bad for a little guy's card.
Take care girls, Im off for another round of Mario Carts. My youngest, Luke is getting very good and whips us every time I wish I could knock him of that pedestal....lol
